Sr. Director, Global Partner Strategy & Programs: Defining and executing ’s global partner strategy and programs to drive partner-led growth, scale, and measurable business outcomes with an accent on partner tiering/segmentation, incentive design, governance & analytics, and building an AI-driven virtual partner support center. Focus on translating strategy into execution roadmaps, aligning global stakeholders across functions, and delivering consistent partner portal and partner experience improvements across regions.

Salary: $189,000.00 - $332,400.00

What you will do
- Define and evolve the annual global partner strategy and programs aligned to growth and go-to-market priorities.
- Design and scale partner programs, translate objectives into execution roadmaps, and optimize partner coverage models and ecosystem engagement.
- Own partner tiering/segmentation, set and manage partner KPIs, and drive partner compliance and business planning.
- Design and manage global partner incentives and co-investment (rebates, SPIFFs, deal registration incentives) and ensure scalable, compliant execution.
- Establish governance and use data-driven insights to measure partner success, program effectiveness, and business contribution.
- Lead the virtual partner support center and deliver partner portal/digital experience improvements, including AI-powered features and self-service.
Requirements
- 15+ years of senior leadership experience in global partnerships, alliances, or ecosystems in a complex enterprise technology environment.
- Proven track record designing and executing partner programs that drive global growth and scale.
- Comfort operating with high visibility and responsiveness outside standard business hours, with travel 2x per year to Manila, Philippines and 4x per year to other locations.
- Deep knowledge of how partner organizations operate (structure, partner leaders/sales managers day-to-day, and field pain points).
- Strong ability to influence senior/executive stakeholders across functions and regions in a matrixed global organization.
- Functional familiarity with Salesforce (CRM workflows, personas, access models) and strong analytical/executive communication skills.
Nice to have
- MBA or equivalent experience.
- Marketplace/co-sell experience with hyperscalers (AWS, Microsoft, Google Cloud).
- Experience with partner tools such as Partner Stack.
