What you will do

• Manage end-to-end contract operations, including staging quotes, drafting custom terms, order booking, and reconciliation.
• Audit orders for accuracy, completeness, ACV, and recurring revenue.
• Track non-standard and custom terms throughout the deal lifecycle.
• Advise sales teams on deal structure and discounting to ensure quality, approvable outcomes.
• Drive best practices and proactively document new or updated standard operating procedures for the contracts process.
• Act as a cross-functional partner between Sales, Business Operations, IT, Legal, Finance, and Product.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in deal desk or sales operations within the cloud software industry.
• Must be based in the US (California).
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and the quote-to-order process, including strong reporting skills.
• Experience structuring complex deals, such as multi-year agreements with ramp schedules.
• Ability to write and review custom contract terms and compare capitalized terms across documents.
• Proven ability to work autonomously within a global team and create clear standard operating procedures.
