What you will do

• Partner with the EMEA Sales Team, acting as a subject matter expert on deal structuring, pricing, and contract terms.
• Lead deal reviews, ensuring all non-standard commercial terms are reviewed, approved, and properly documented.
• Partner with Legal to drive contracts to completion, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Actively identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to streamline the deal management process.
• Manage day-to-day ticket volume, ensuring proper guidance and escalating issues as needed.
• Assist with shaping the future of the team, including decisions on team tools, playbook, and structure.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Deals Desk, Finance, or Sales Ops at a high-growth, global tech company.
• Proven track record of enabling Sales teams to drive measurable increases in deal velocity and revenue growth.
• Superior analytical background with strong problem-solving skills.
• Highly effective communication skills, including written and verbal.
• Excellent at working autonomously, given the difference in time zone with the rest of the team.
• Ability to handle conflict and navigate discussions to productive outcomes.
