What you will do

• Manage U.S. employment-based immigration for candidates and team members, including H-1B, TN, L-1, O-1, E-3, H-1B1, and F-1 OPT/STEM OPT.
• Support green card and permanent residence workflows, including PERM-related activities and stakeholder education.
• Maintain strict compliance practices, case tracking, records management, and audit readiness.
• Manage and escalate complex immigration cases in partnership with external counsel.
• Educate recruiters, HR partners, and business leaders to ensure consistency across the immigration process.
• Drive process improvements and adapt programs to changes in U.S. immigration law.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 6+ years of relevant experience managing U.S. employment-based immigration in-house or at a law firm.
• Hands-on experience with a range of U.S. visa and permanent residence processes.
• Strong project management skills and ability to handle high-volume case portfolios.
• Experience partnering with external immigration counsel and internal cross-functional stakeholders.
• Must be based in or be able to work from one of the specified US office locations.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of immigration law in Canada, UK, and Middle Eastern countries.
• Experience supporting immigration in a multinational technology company.
• Proficiency with Workday.
• Experience implementing AI-enabled process improvements in operational workflows.
• Track record of analyzing data to support program strategies.
