What you will do

• Advise customers on simulation efforts and address technical obstacles using hirify.global product offerings.
• Collaborate with sales teams to determine account strategy and articulate technical value propositions.
• Capture and isolate technical issues, suggesting workarounds or reporting bugs to business units.
• Provide training and instructions to customers to reduce friction in tool adoption.
• Document evaluation plans and customer support cases in Salesforce CRM.
• Validate product installations and assist customer implementation teams with troubleshooting.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, Solid State Physics, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of industry experience in semiconductor manufacturing, R&D, or IC design.
• Demonstrated experience in CMOS Image Sensor (CIS) manufacturing, R&D, or IP design processes.
• Proficiency in design, modeling, and simulation tool usage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to prioritize complex projects.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (implied by US-based salary and benefits).

Nice to have

• Experience with commercial TCAD tools (hirify.global or 3rd party).
• Proficiency in Python scripting.
• Knowledge of statistical tools like JMP or Minitab.
• Experience with CIS architectures (3T, 4T, Rolling/Global Shutter) and PDKs.
