What you will do

  • Simplify healthcare complexities by building systems that enhance human efforts.
  • Make informed technical and product decisions to advance business outcomes.

  • Define and maintain development practices that enable fast iteration and high quality.
  • Collaborate directly with product managers, clinicians, and operational teams to conceptualize new features.
  • Take ownership of your work from problem understanding through delivery and measurement.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the USA
  • 5+ years of experience in software engineering.
  • Proficiency in one or more common programming languages.
  • Familiarity with various databases and web frontend technologies.
  • Experience building and refactoring complex, distributed systems.
  • Passion for the impact of AI and experience building systems with AI agents.
