Salary: $140,000 – $160,000 USD

What you will do

• Own and lead the overall data strategy for the network team, aligning with business growth objectives.
• Partner with the Chief Network Officer to define and execute the network data roadmap.
• Build and oversee usable dashboards and reporting solutions for business stakeholders.
• Lead AI and advanced analytics initiatives, including projects involving large language models.
• Manage and develop two direct reports while providing coaching and prioritization.
• Bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution by translating ambiguous requests into clear deliverables.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Proven ability to translate complex business challenges into data-driven strategies.
• Strong technical expertise in SQL, Python, PySpark, and Power BI.
• Experience building and maintaining data pipelines, preferably using Microsoft Fabric.
• Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to manage and develop team members.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience with dbt.
• Background in payments, insurance, or network-driven business models.
• Advanced degree (MBA, Master’s in Analytics, Data Science, or similar).
