What you will do

  • Recommend underwriting, line, and limit changes to grow approvals using internal and external risk signals.
  • Develop cross-product customer credit profiles by connecting external attributes to on-us behavior.
  • Design, execute, and analyze experiments including A/B tests and policy roll-outs.
  • Leverage AI-powered tools to accelerate analysis and validate predictive insights.
  • Translate complex data questions into practical business guidance for senior leadership.
  • Identify high-impact opportunities for product improvements through deep-dive user behavior analysis.

Requirements

  • 4-7 years of professional experience in analytics with a track record of driving business changes.
  • Demonstrated experience in consumer underwriting strategy or portfolio risk analytics.
  • Advanced SQL skills for extracting and analyzing complex datasets independently.
  • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate ambiguous questions into clear insights.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
  • Act-like-an-owner mentality with a bias toward taking action.
