What you will do
- Oversee the creative vision and output for clients within a defined industry vertical.
- Translate data and insights into breakthrough campaigns that align with performance goals.
- Lead and manage a group of creative professionals, including designers, editors, and strategists.
- Drive team development through coaching, training, and clear growth plans.
- Champion high-performance creative workflows, QA processes, and omnichannel best practices.
- Identify client growth opportunities through creative-led retention and expansion efforts.
Requirements
- Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S.
- Previous experience in an Associate Creative Director, Creative Director, or Senior Creative Lead role at a creative or media advertising agency.
- Demonstrated portfolio showing proficiency in conceptualizing and delivering multi-channel creative campaigns.
- Senior-level mastery in at least one executional skill set: Copywriting, Design, Production, Strategy, or Post-Production.
- Proven experience in a client-facing role with strong presentation and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership experience managing creative teams across multiple client accounts.
