What you will do

• Lead end-to-end creative execution for secondary YouTube channels, product launches, and partnership activations.
• Oversee daily creative operations, ensuring alignment of projects, resources, and production timelines.
• Maintain quality control across production and post-production to ensure brand consistency.
• Mentor and develop a team of creative leaders, editors, designers, and copywriters.
• Translate strategic direction into actionable production roadmaps and execution plans.
• Build and optimize creative workflows to enable high-volume production without compromising quality.

Requirements

• 10+ years of senior creative leadership experience in digital media or high-growth entertainment.
• Expert understanding of the YouTube ecosystem and audience retention strategies.
• Proven ability to operationalize creative strategy and lead multidisciplinary teams.
• Deep knowledge of post-production pipelines, visual effects, and design systems.
• Experience scaling creative operations within a founder-led or rapidly growing organization.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Greenville, NC.
