What you will do

• Serve as the creative lead and tastemaker for Shark and Ninja brands across LATAM, with a primary focus on the Mexican market.
• Develop social-first ideas that balance entertainment and product storytelling for organic, paid, and influencer content.
• Write, edit, and shape content across short-form video and stills, adapting formats for local audiences.
• Direct shoots virtually and in-person with internal creators, influencers, and production partners across Latin America.
• Collaborate with Global Social Creative, Brand, and Media teams to align regional execution with the global brand vision.
• Analyze performance and emerging trends to evolve creative playbooks and best practices.

Requirements

• 6–8+ years of experience in social-first creative, content, or production environments.
• Proven track record of delivering breakthrough work via influencers, creators, and large-scale campaigns.
• Deep cultural knowledge of Mexico, Brazil, and Argentina.
• Experience directing teams and productions across different time zones and cultures.
• Must be based in Miami, Florida
