Salary: $40,000 - $60,500 USD

What you will do

• Manage pricing master data, including discount structures, customer net prices, and sales deals.
• Analyze and correct pricing and product errors to maintain integrity across ERP and reporting systems.
• Validate and process customer price credit requests within 48 business hours.
• Generate and distribute customer price sheets and pricing reports.
• Conduct daily audit file reviews and analyze customer account data using Excel.
• Manage ad-hoc reporting projects and support internal and external audit requirements.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to Deerfield, IL.
• High School Diploma/GED or Associate’s degree in a related field.
• 2+ years of customer service-related experience.
• Extensive knowledge of Oracle or SAP modules for pricing and order fulfillment.
• Strong understanding of SOX compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in Excel, including power pivots and data analysis.
