What you will do

• Own the creative vision and narrative integrity of all video work from concept to final cut.
• Develop and execute best-in-class social video strategies tailored to specific platforms and audiences.
• Design and manage a decentralized capture model, directing distributed teammates and freelance crews.
• Establish pre- and post-production standards, including shot lists, specs, and brand guidelines.
• Provide creative direction on set and remotely, including casting and briefing external talent.
• Manage project logistics, budgets, and timelines to ensure high-quality output.

Requirements

• Proven experience owning video production end-to-end.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating storytelling range and results, particularly in social video.
• Hands-on technical proficiency with cameras, lighting, audio, and editing software like Premiere or Resolve.
• Experience building or operating distributed/remote capture models and managing freelance talent.
• Producer-grade instincts for budgeting, scheduling, and on-set direction.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity in San Francisco, Miami, New York, or Seattle.
