Location: 5 days a week in office in Jersey City. Candidates must reside in one of the following US states: CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, ME, MD, MA, NJ, NY, NC, PA, SC, TN, TX, or WA.

Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 annual base

What you will do

• Create, edit, and finalize high-volume social-first content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, X, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Manage the full production process, including scripting, shooting, editing, sound mixing, and color correction.
• Collaborate with the video team to adapt traditional hirify.global video content for social-optimized formats.
• Execute high-level social strategies to maximize organic reach and community engagement.
• Provide social media support for internal campaigns and high-profile editorial moments.

Requirements

• Must be based in or reside in one of the approved US states mentioned above.
• 2+ years of video editing experience in digital publishing, production, or agency environments.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and Figma.
• Strong understanding of social platform algorithms and evolving short-form video trends.
• Proven ability to deliver rough cuts and final assets on strict deadlines.

Nice to have

• Experience with Jitter.
• Experience with browser or app-based tools like Opus, Wochit, and CapCut.
