Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 USD per year

What you will do

  • Provide technical phone support to customers to resolve complex issues.
  • Develop and enhance AI agents and chatbots using RAG methodology for FA2 and Prosoft implementations.
  • Learn, implement, and conduct training on FA2 and Prosoft software.
  • Identify and communicate potential additional revenue streams and business opportunities.
  • Provide regular and timely status reports on assigned work to the Manager of Support Services.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Kansas, United States.
  • Advanced understanding of AI agent and chatbot creation using RAG methodology.
  • 2+ years of experience in technical environments or customer service fields.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of Payroll and Accounts Payable (AP).
  • Background or knowledge in accounting.
