What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Triage and resolve client requests, providing product guidance and research assistance.
• Escalate complex technical issues to specialized teams while maintaining ownership of the client experience.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to communicate client needs and support product adoption.
• Document interactions in CRM systems and identify recurring challenges for process improvement.
• Educate internal and external users on product features and best practices.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in customer support, client services, or research roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience troubleshooting issues and guiding clients through solutions.
• Must be able to work assigned business hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Experience in legal, tax, regulatory, or financial information services.
• Familiarity with hirify.global products.
• Juris Doctor (JD), MLS/MILS, or paralegal background.
