What you will do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Triage and resolve client requests, providing product guidance and research assistance.
- Escalate complex technical issues to specialized teams while maintaining ownership of the client experience.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to communicate client needs and support product adoption.
- Document interactions in CRM systems and identify recurring challenges for process improvement.
- Educate internal and external users on product features and best practices.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in customer support, client services, or research roles.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience troubleshooting issues and guiding clients through solutions.
- Must be able to work assigned business hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Nice to have
- Experience in legal, tax, regulatory, or financial information services.
- Familiarity with products.
- Juris Doctor (JD), MLS/MILS, or paralegal background.
