What you will do

• Lead and execute sophisticated equity derivative and capital market transactions for UHNW clients and family offices.
• Partner with Private Wealth Advisors and global cross-functional teams to drive strategic objectives of the Single Stock Structuring Group.
• Develop high-impact advisory materials and act as a subject matter expert to educate clients on complex structuring solutions.
• Synthesize complex market data into actionable intelligence and deliver executive-level business updates.
• Oversee revenue tracking, pipeline management, and trade lifecycle governance to ensure robust risk management.
• Collaborate with technology and product stakeholders to design and implement next-generation digital tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum 5 or more years of experience in financial markets.
• SIE, Series 7 and 63 certifications (must be obtained within three months of employment).
• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to work independently within a defined framework.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
