Asset & Wealth Management, Private Wealth Management, Equity Structuring, Vice President - New York (Equity Derivatives)

Location: New York, NY, United States; office-based position.

Salary: USD 115,000–270,000 base salary annually, plus potential discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Market, structure, price, and execute equity derivative and capital markets transactions focused on monetization and hedging strategies.
• Lead sophisticated single-stock transactions and coordinate Private Wealth Advisors, Cash Trading, Equity Derivatives, Legal, Risk, Credit, and other control partners.
• Advise and educate ultra-high-net-worth clients, family offices, founders, public company officers and directors, and internal stakeholders on structuring solutions and market opportunities.
• Manage transactions across the full lifecycle, including marketing, client education, structuring, pricing, execution, and ongoing client dialogue.
• Create client-facing presentation materials, support prospecting and transaction sourcing, and provide market, trend, and macroeconomic insights.
• Partner with engineering, technology, trading, and product stakeholders to build digital tools and expand the structuring platform.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 5 years of experience in financial markets.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to think independently and analytically within a defined framework.
• Initiative, autonomy, and ability to work effectively as a motivated team player.
• High personal accountability and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• SIE, Series 7, and Series 63 licenses required; licenses must be obtained within three months of employment.
