Location: New York, United States (hybrid arrangements possible)

Salary: $175,000 - $250,000 depending on experience

What you will do

  • Drive new business development across Aerospace & Defense by identifying and qualifying opportunities through network and direct engagement.
  • Shape Aerospace & Defense go-to-market activities, including events, content, customer references, and capability positioning.
  • Lead discovery and proposal conversations with senior engineering, manufacturing, and program leaders; develop proposals and scope work with commercial stakeholders.
  • Lead delivery projects at enterprise customers by establishing and executing technical plans, overseeing teams, and focusing on customer outcomes and adoption.
  • Own strategic customer relationships and account plans to drive retention and footprint expansion.
  • Translate customer needs into actionable product feedback and collaborate with Product to evolve the PX Platform; maintain a visible presence at major industry events and travel 1–2 weeks per month.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Aerospace & Defense in commercial, product, program, or engineering roles.
  • Deep understanding of aircraft development, defense acquisition, and advanced manufacturing—how decisions are made and where technical challenges live.
  • Enough ML and data science depth to lead customer technical conversations, scope work with experts, and guide cross-functional delivery teams.
  • Strong simulation domain knowledge, ideally with hands-on experience.
  • Ability to hold substantive conversations with chief engineers or VPs and lead cross-functional delivery teams.
  • US export control compliance: role may require access to information protected under U.S. export control laws (EAR/ITAR), and employment may be conditioned on authorization to receive controlled software/technology without sponsorship for an export license.
