Salary: $153,600 – $239,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert for agentic AI services, guiding customers through complex implementation challenges.
• Design scalable, resilient technical architectures that integrate AI-driven software engineering patterns.
• Develop white papers, reference implementations, and technical blogs to enable customers and partners.
• Create field enablement materials to support the broader technical organization in integrating AI solutions.
• Represent the voice of the customer to product and engineering teams to influence future feature development.
• Partner with Business Development teams to define technical components of Go-to-Market initiatives.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in technology domain areas such as software development, cloud computing, or systems engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in design, implementation, or consulting for applications and infrastructure.
• 10+ years of total IT development or implementation/consulting experience in the software or Internet industries.
• Must be authorized to work in the USA and reside in one of the specified office locations.
