TL;DR
LVC Solutions Architect (DoD): Designing and implementing live, virtual, and constructive training ecosystems for defense clients with an accent on operational requirements analysis and technical integration. Focus on building scalable training architectures that enable joint warfighting mission rehearsal and digital transformation within the Indo-Pacific region.
Location: Must be based in the United States (Honolulu, HI). Role may require occasional in-person work at Booz Allen or customer facilities.
Salary: $112,800–$257,000 (annualized USD).

What you will do
- Translate operational requirements into technical architecture for LVC training programs.
- Integrate transformative technology, systems, and processes into existing training ecosystems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to plan and implement live, virtual, and constructive solutions.
- Analyze program capabilities to support joint warfighting mission rehearsal.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives from roadmap to implementation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a DoD tactical warfighting leader.
- 2+ years of leadership experience at an LVC-enabled range or distributed training center.
- Active Secret security clearance required.
- Knowledge of DoD LVC programs and distributed mission operations technologies.
- Bachelor's degree.
Nice to have
- Experience with combat aviation.
- Experience commanding an LVC-enabled training range.
- Knowledge of HLA protocol.
- TS/SCI clearance.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a technical field.
