What you will do

• Pitch content ideas and social media partnerships for action, fantasy, anime, and gaming fans
• Create a high volume of short-form video content for TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram Reels
• Write brand-aligned copy for owned-and-operated channels
• Support marketing campaigns and the operations of the Ambassador community
• Identify and recommend new influencers based on demographics and metrics
• Manage content schedules and monitor performance using tools like Sprinklr and CreatorIQ

Requirements

• Deep engagement with entertainment, specifically anime, gaming, action, and fantasy genres
• Proficiency in social media platforms (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram) from a brand perspective
• Ability to create trending content that resonates with Gen-Z audiences
• Capacity to execute multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail
• Must be located in or able to work from the El Segundo, California office
