Oracle HCM Technical Lead (ERP): Leading the technical delivery and end-to-end design of Oracle HCM solutions for a global enterprise environment with an accent on system integration, data migration, and platform scalability. Location: Must be based in the United States. This is a hybrid role requiring in-person attendance at least three days per week at a hirify.global office or client site.

Salary: $187,500 – $359,400

What you will do

• Lead the technical delivery of Oracle HCM modules including Core HR, Talent, Payroll, and Recruiting.
• Own end-to-end solution design, ensuring functional requirements translate into scalable technical architectures.
• Coordinate technical teams, including developers and external system integrators, to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Oversee testing strategies, including SIT, regression, and UAT, while managing quarterly Oracle Cloud releases.
• Partner with Product Owners and Business Process SMEs to clarify requirements and perform impact analysis.
• Ensure all solutions comply with security, data privacy, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States and able to work in a hybrid model.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in enterprise HCM solutions with deep hands-on Oracle HCM Cloud expertise.
• Proven experience leading full lifecycle Oracle HCM implementations.
• Strong technical knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, HCM Extracts, HDL, and Fast Formula.
• Experience with enterprise SDLC, testing methodologies, and Agile/SAFe frameworks.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
