What you will do

• Shape the technical direction of the program while providing mentorship and coaching to engineering team members.
• Manage team processes, performance, and career development for engineers.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to represent the engineering practice and communicate technical tradeoffs.
• Participate in bid-writing, strategic planning, and client-facing communications.
• Handle hiring, timecard reviews, and PTO management for the team.
• Ensure delivery requirements are met by translating technical challenges into actionable roadmaps.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 9+ years of professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• Expertise in D365 CE Development including custom plugins, JavaScript, custom tables, and low code/no code solutions.
• Experience with RESTful APIs.
• 2+ years of mentoring and coaching experience.

• Experience working with Veteran's Affairs.
