What you will do
- Build and manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts across Chile, focusing on sectors like Financial Services, Telecommunications, and Healthcare.
- Identify new business opportunities for conversational AI, contact center automation, and operational efficiency.
- Lead consultative, multi-stakeholder sales cycles to translate AI technology into measurable business value.
- Develop and execute account strategies to navigate complex procurement and organizational structures.
- Partner with Customer Success and Solutions Engineering to ensure successful onboarding and deployment.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite leaders regarding generative AI and voice interface trends.
Requirements
- 7+ years of quota-carrying enterprise sales experience in SaaS or technology.
- Native or full professional proficiency in Spanish; strong English for internal collaboration.
- Proven success managing long, complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
- Well-connected in the Chilean enterprise landscape with an existing network of senior decision-makers.
- Experience selling technical solutions to product and engineering leaders.
- Deep understanding of enterprise procurement and legal processes in Chile.
