What you will do
- Serve as the senior technical point of contact for strategic accounts, owning escalations and resolving complex integration challenges.
- Lead technical discussions with customer leadership regarding strategy, product trade-offs, and risk mitigation.
- Define and implement best practices for technical onboarding, integration delivery, and account health monitoring.
- Collaborate with Product and Development teams to customize platform capabilities and feed customer insights into the roadmap.
- Partner with Sales, Partnerships, and Finance to support account retention and regional growth in LATAM.
- Guide solution design and provide strategic technical support in coordination with developers and senior engineers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical account management or integration engineering, preferably in fintech or payments.
- Proven track record of leading or mentoring technical teams.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, SOAP, JSON, XML, and API management tools (Postman, SoapUI, Swagger).
- Hands-on experience with at least one server-side language: Golang, Python, or Node.js.
- Familiarity with server and database technologies (Apache, Nginx, MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Fluency in English.

- Fluency in Portuguese or Spanish.
- Experience with ticketing systems.
