What you will do

• Own the full lifecycle of AI products and services from discovery and implementation to deployment and monitoring.
• Build production-ready AI applications leveraging LLMs, agents, and modern cloud technologies.
• Prototype rapidly to validate ideas and evolve successful experiments into scalable, maintainable solutions.
• Partner with Creative, Production, and Engineering teams to translate complex workflows into practical AI solutions.
• Drive technical decisions regarding team architecture and engineering standards.
• Ensure solutions are reliable, secure, and observable by implementing best practices in testing and versioning.

Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering experience delivering production systems.
• Strong hands-on experience shipping AI-powered applications using LLMs, AI agents, or orchestration frameworks.
• Deep understanding of software architecture, APIs, and cloud services.
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments while maintaining high engineering standards.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration across technical and non-technical teams.
• Must be able to work from the Barcelona office on a hybrid basis.

Nice to have

• Experience with multimodal AI, computer vision, or generative media technologies.
• Familiarity with MLOps, evaluation pipelines, and AI observability.
• Experience building internal platforms or developer tools.
• Background in supporting creative production, gaming, or digital asset workflows.
