What you will do

• Lead daily delivery of intensive, systems-based onboarding curriculum for payroll associates.
• Conduct regular 1-on-1 reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve data input accuracy.
• Perform meticulous quality and compliance audits on 100% of end-to-end payroll runs.
• Manage team workflows, coordinate daily stand-ups, and facilitate collaborative problem-solving.
• Maintain and update training materials, troubleshooting guides, and documentation.
• Track recurring errors and implement targeted corrective training to ensure SLA compliance.

Requirements

• Must have prior experience processing payroll or delivering training in the education sector.
• Proven experience in technical mentorship, coaching, or delivering structured learning.
• Deep functional knowledge of end-to-end payroll, HMRC regulations, and data compliance.
• Demonstrated leadership skills in coordinating workflows and managing performance.
• Meticulous attention to detail with a track record of financial data auditing.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills for fostering an inclusive learning environment.
