What you will do

• Process customer payments accurately and on time.
• Input payment, payroll, and HMRC data into internal systems.
• Apply tax codes and PAYE deductions as required.
• Review returned payments and resolve ad hoc payment queries.
• Maintain accurate workflow records and support audit processes.
• Collaborate with Payroll Specialists to escalate anomalies and improve processes.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to Cardiff, UK.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Experience in an administrative, processing, or data-focused role.
• Confidence working with systems, spreadsheets, and workflow tasks.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work accurately in a busy environment.
