Location: Remote (Must be based in the US)
Salary: $115,000 - $135,000 a year + bonus + equity

What you will do
- Lead the development and execution of brand awareness campaigns and multi-channel promotional initiatives.
- Develop positioning and supporting activities for new business solutions using generative AI for prototyping and planning.
- Act as the primary contact for co-branding inquiries, evaluating risks and opportunities.
- Define and implement brand guidelines and maintain consistency through audits and AI-driven governance tools.
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative brand awareness research and pulse monitoring to inform communication decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in brand management or partnership marketing.
- Hands-on experience utilizing generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) for brand operations and copywriting.
- Proven experience managing vendor relationships and external partnerships.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Must be based in the US and comfortable working across all US time zones.
Nice to have
- Experience in healthcare, technology, or B2B industries.
- Experience working with Monday.com.
- Knowledge of digital asset management systems.
