What you will do

• Oversee daily contact center operations and lead a team of representatives.
• Monitor performance metrics, operating efficiencies, and generate comprehensive reports for management and clients.
• Resolve complex customer issues and coordinate with clients to ensure total satisfaction.
• Coach and mentor employees on performance gaps, onboarding, and career development opportunities.
• Manage assigned budgets, analyze variances, and initiate corrective actions to maximize performance.
• Implement process and policy improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.

Requirements

• Must be based in or be able to work onsite in Ridgeland, MS.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• 4+ years of experience in a high-volume contact center environment.
• Up to 1 year of leadership responsibility.
• Intermediate proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to analyze data and report on center performance.
