Location: Remote (must reside within 50 miles of Winter Haven, FL)

Salary: $33,664.00–$50,496.00 (Colorado pay range; actual offer based on skills, experience, and education)

What you will do

  • Handle inbound phone inquiries timely and professionally, aiming for first-call resolution using active listening, probing, and critical thinking.
  • Support customers with account and transaction inquiries (balances, transaction history, transfers, stop payments, loan inquiries) and phone banking PIN resets.
  • Provide tier-one digital banking assistance, including Multi-Factor Authentication unlock/delete, Online Banking profile unlock, and password self-service tool support.
  • Assist with debit card support: inquiries, research, blocking, reissuing/reordering cards, and Reg-E disputes.
  • Promote virtual branch solutions and meet/exceed customer care quality and productivity goals.
  • Ensure security of customer information by performing customer authentication on each call and escalating issues/trends to management as needed.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous customer service experience in an inbound call center and/or experience in financial services.
  • Strong computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems to quickly resolve customer issues.
  • Excellent verbal communication, listening, and problem-solving skills; ability to handle confidential information professionally.
  • Ability to work flexible hours when necessary and handle rotating Saturday shifts.
  • Must reside within 50 miles of Winter Haven, FL for this remote role.
