What you will do

• Perform hands-on preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Sustain and improve the preventative maintenance program for all processing equipment.
• Analyze equipment performance data to suggest modifications and improve operational efficiency.
• Provide technical direction and guidance to less senior technicians during repairs and testing.
• Utilize predictive maintenance technologies to observe trends and make performance recommendations.
• Document maintenance activities and manage tasks using CMMS scheduling systems.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years of general equipment maintenance experience in an industrial setting.
• Strong working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Proficiency with MS Office and CMMS software.
• Ability to read and interpret technical repair manuals and vendor documentation.
• Experience in a medical device or clean room environment is highly desired.
