What you will do

• Manage and monitor paid campaigns across platforms including Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Assist with the implementation of remarketing and audience targeting strategies.
• Coordinate creative asset uploads, ad copy updates, and general campaign changes.
• Track key performance metrics and flag opportunities for campaign optimization.
• Maintain reporting dashboards to monitor overall marketing performance.
• Integrate AI tools into the daily workflow to improve efficiency and generate campaign ideas.

Requirements

• Around 2 years of experience in paid social, digital marketing, or advertising.
• Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, or similar advertising tools.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to organize multiple concurrent campaigns.
• Comfortability using AI tools in a professional day-to-day capacity.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Must be located in or able to work onsite in Hoffman Estates, IL, United States.
