What you will do

• Provide production support for account teams including data formatting and performance reporting.
• Implement tasks and optimizations across Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, Reddit, and Pinterest Ads Managers.
• Build and edit campaigns, targeting methods, and ad placements.
• Monitor budget pacing and flag performance trends or KPI deviations.
• Participate in internal syncs and client meetings, taking notes and speaking to channel performance.
• Learn and apply agency best practices for paid social marketing.

Requirements

• Must be located in the Mountain or Pacific time zones.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (E-Verify).
• 1+ year of paid social or relevant marketing experience.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets including pivot tables and v-lookups.
• Strong analytical, time-management, and communication skills.
