Account Coordinator, Paid Social (Paid Media)

Location: Remote within the United States; candidates must be located in the Mountain or Pacific time zones. Roles are open in Denver, Phoenix, Portland, and Salt Lake City.

Salary: $50,000–$60,000 USD per year.

What you will do

• Provide production support for paid social account teams and learn hirify.global’s paid social marketing methodologies.
• Build, upload, edit, and optimize campaigns and ads across Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, Reddit, and Pinterest.
• Analyze performance data, identify trends, and prepare reports with clear explanations and insights.
• Monitor budget pacing, communicate performance, and flag delivery above or below KPIs.
• Understand bidding methodologies and the strategy behind bid adjustments.
• Participate in internal meetings, client calls, and presentations, including speaking to channel performance.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of paid social or relevant experience.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, sorting, and conditional formatting.
• Strong time-management, prioritization, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
• Must be located in the Mountain or Pacific time zones.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States; employment authorization is verified through E-Verify.
