What you will do

• Own the vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for the platform and infrastructure foundation.
• Lead, grow, and mentor a team of platform, DevOps, and SRE engineers and their managers.
• Set technical direction for cloud-native platforms on AWS and Kubernetes (EKS).
• Own reliability, operational excellence, and observability using Datadog and Prometheus/Grafana.
• Drive security, compliance, and FinOps practices across the platform.
• Set the standard for AI adoption, specifically using Claude Code to accelerate delivery and operational automation.

Requirements

• 8+ years in infrastructure or platform engineering with several years in a leadership role.
• Deep hands-on expertise with AWS and Kubernetes (EKS).
• Strong command of GitOps, infrastructure as code (Terraform, Helm), and CI/CD.
• Proven experience in SRE practices, incident management, and observability at scale.
• Experience in regulated, high-availability domains like fintech or crypto.
• Executive-level communication skills to translate technical strategy into business impact.
