What you will do

• Monitor blocked Sales Orders under established procedures.
• Assist with payment and invoice reconciliations, aging reports, and account reviews.
• Investigate invoice discrepancies and support follow-up activities for timely resolution.
• Process customer invoices through email and customer portals.
• Utilize ERP systems such as SAP and QAD for daily operational tasks.
• Prepare and maintain operational reports using Excel.

Requirements

• Student in the last year of Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Intermediate level of English required.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Basic to intermediate proficiency in Excel.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
