What you will do
- Review and monitor blocked sales orders under established procedures.
- Assist with payment and invoice reconciliations, aging reports, and account reviews.
- Investigate invoice discrepancies and follow up to support timely resolution.
- Process customer invoices through email and customer portals.
- Investigate and follow up on unapplied payments.
- Use SAP, QAD, and Microsoft Excel to complete operational tasks and maintain reports.
Requirements
- Final-year student in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Analytical mindset, strong attention to detail, and good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team.
- Basic to intermediate Excel skills, including formulas, lookup functions, pivot tables, and charts.
- Intermediate English proficiency required.
