What you will do

• Design and specify large-scale systems, infrastructure, and processes to meet business requirements.
• Provide strategic consultation to business stakeholders on enabling technologies and organizational structures.
• Review system designs to ensure efficient resource use, technology selection, and integration.
• Lead improvement programs and establish architecture standards and policies.
• Mentor peers and developers while communicating complex technical issues to various organizational levels.
• Ensure system architecture balances functional requirements with service quality and management needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in an IT discipline.
• Must be based in Pennsylvania or able to work from a Pennsylvania office.
• Strong knowledge of architecture frameworks and design methods.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with modern development practices and cloud technologies.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Industry certifications such as TOGAF, Google Professional Cloud Architect, or Generative AI Leader.
• Experience with healthcare insurance industry business processes.
• Technical proficiency in GCP, Kubernetes, Kafka, and Domain-Driven Design.
