Principal Business Consultant (IBOR): Leading the design and implementation of complex hirify.global Dimension solutions for global financial institutions with an accent on Investment Book of Records (IBOR) and asset management operations. Focus on driving project outcomes, mentoring junior consultants, and aligning technical strategies with client business objectives.

Location: Must be able to attend the Toronto office 2x/week

What you will do

• Lead the design and implementation of tailored hirify.global Dimension solutions for global financial clients.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to translate complex business challenges into actionable strategies.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior consultants to ensure high-quality project execution.
• Independently troubleshoot complex issues and recommend innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
• Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including workflows and technical specifications.
• Manage client relationships and drive process improvements across consulting engagements.

Requirements

• English: C1 proficiency required
• Must be based in or able to commute to Toronto
• Experience as an Analyst or Implementation Consultant for asset managers, banks, or consulting firms.
• Strong expertise in IBOR functions and enterprise applications on the buy side.
• Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or Applied Sciences.
• Ability to travel to client sites as required.

• Hands-on experience with hirify.global Dimension.
• Experience with trade processing, confirmation, or settlement processes.
