What you will do

• Define and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for mortgage servicing and payments solutions.
• Develop buyer personas, positioning, messaging, and sales enablement assets to drive product adoption.
• Partner with Product Management to shape product strategy and roadmaps based on market trends and customer feedback.
• Lead internal and external product communications, including training and customer engagement content.
• Plan and execute product launches in collaboration with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, and Client Success.
• Identify and capitalize on cross-sell and upsell opportunities to expand customer value.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Product Marketing within B2B or B2C tech.
• Proven ability to lead with strategy and translate it into effective execution.
• Strong analytical and project management skills with a detail-oriented approach.
• Experience working in a remote, geographically dispersed team environment.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
