Salary: $111,900–$150,000 USD

What you will do
- Define and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for mortgage servicing and payments solutions.
- Develop buyer personas, positioning, messaging, and sales enablement assets to drive product adoption.
- Partner with Product Management to shape product strategy and roadmaps based on market trends and customer feedback.
- Lead internal and external product communications, including training and customer engagement content.
- Plan and execute product launches in collaboration with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, and Client Success.
- Identify and capitalize on cross-sell and upsell opportunities to expand customer value.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Product Marketing within B2B or B2C tech.
- Proven ability to lead with strategy and translate it into effective execution.
- Strong analytical and project management skills with a detail-oriented approach.
- Experience working in a remote, geographically dispersed team environment.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Nice to have
- Experience in the mortgage industry.
- Graduate degree in Business or Marketing.
- Certification in the Pragmatic Marketing Framework.
