What you will do

• Gather and analyze business requirements for DoD financial system enhancements and implementations.
• Collaborate with government stakeholders and technical teams to support system configuration and validation.
• Develop process flows, use cases, and functional specifications for financial data flows.
• Analyze system outputs for compliance with GTAS, USSGL, and Treasury reporting requirements.
• Execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and document defects to ensure solution quality.
• Facilitate workshops and serve as a liaison between financial personnel and developers.

Requirements

• Active Secret Security Clearance.
• 3–8+ years of Department of War or DoD financial management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or Information Systems.
• Knowledge of GTAS reporting, USSGL accounting, and DFAS financial operations.
• Experience with financial systems implementations or ERP enhancements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with GFEBS, DAI, DDRS, Advana, DCAS, or DEAMS.
• Professional certifications such as CDFM, CGFM, CPA, PMP, or Agile.
• Experience supporting Agile projects and audit remediation (FIAR).
