What you will do
- Support the Accounts Payable team in reducing the backlog of pending payments.
- Process and categorize emails and support payment issue resolution.
- Assist with critical vendor management and vendor communications.
- Prepare vendor statements, reconciliations, and reports.
- Learn and perform transactions in the QAD system.
- Support the delivery of payment remittances and other Accounts Payable activities.
Requirements
- Final-year student in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Knowledge of accounting and finance fundamentals.
- Microsoft Office and Outlook skills.
- Customer service and analytical skills with a resolution-oriented mindset.
- Intermediate English required.
