What you will do
- Review expense claims across multiple entities, checking supporting documents, VAT, coding, and policy compliance.
- Process mileage allowances by verifying rates, trip details, supporting documents, and applicable caps.
- Record supplier invoices in Odoo and match them with approvals and accounting and analytical codes.
- Prepare and verify supplier records and bank details for document control.
- Categorize bank transactions in Odoo and perform bank reconciliations for French entities.
Requirements
- Currently studying Finance, Control, Audit, or Accounting at a university, business school, or engineering school, transitioning from BTS to DCG.
- Strong rigor and adherence to control procedures, particularly in a multi-entity environment and sensitive payment cycle.
- Professional proficiency in English is required for reading, writing, and group communication.
- Willingness to work onsite in Paris.
