What you will do

• Coordinate daily payment posting and refund operations to ensure timely and accurate processing.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for payment and refund-related issues.
• Train, mentor, and provide performance feedback to team members.
• Research complex account issues and resolve payer edits or unidentified payments.
• Partner with leadership to drive process improvements and operational performance.
• Ensure compliance with reimbursement policies and revenue cycle procedures.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to Austin, TX.
• 3+ years of revenue cycle experience, including payment posting and refunds.
• Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payer reimbursement policies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated leadership and analytical problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Prior experience in a radiology or medical billing environment.
