What you will do

• Optimize sales processes and daily operations through data analysis and the implementation of best practices.
• Manage Salesforce as the primary tool, creating advanced reports, dashboards, and implementing automations.
• Develop and implement standardized sales procedures and conduct training sessions for team members.
• Troubleshoot system issues, handle user tickets, and maintain high data quality standards.
• Collaborate with sales leaders and the Customer Success Team to adapt the system to evolving business needs.
• Translate Salesforce data into actionable recommendations for sales teams.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience working with users.
• Strong Salesforce knowledge, including reports, dashboards, automations, and integrations.
• English proficiency at a minimum B2 level.
• Ability to train others and provide ongoing technical support.
• Proactive attitude and confidence in independent decision-making.
