What you will do

• Review condominium and cooperative project documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain lists of approved and declined projects while managing expiration dates.
• Ensure projects meet Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, and VA guidelines.
• Perform legal reviews of project bylaws and offering plans.
• Determine project eligibility by underwriting budgets, financials, and questionnaires.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal Sales and Operations teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project review experience.
• 5+ years of experience with mortgage credit guidelines and procedures.
• 5+ years of experience with FNMA, Freddie Mac, and FHA underwriting guidelines.
• Strong knowledge of agency websites and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent organizational and documentation management skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
