What you will do

• Develop and drive documentation planning and content strategy for assigned software products.
• Produce user-facing content including help documentation, release notes, and instructional videos.
• Manage knowledgebase organization, taxonomy, and content lifecycle updates.
• Partner with technical and business teams to translate complex product functionality into clear resources.
• Utilize AI-assisted tools and workflows to accelerate content creation and documentation updates.
• Analyze usage trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for content improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Technical Writing, Communications, or related field.
• Proven professional technical writing experience in a software or technology environment.
• Demonstrated ability to use modern authoring tools like MadCap Flare.
• Experience with HTML, XML, and content management systems.
• Must be based in the US and able to travel up to 10%.
• Familiarity with generative AI tools and interest in applying them to documentation workflows.
