What you will do

• Create and maintain high-quality technical documentation and knowledge assets for payment products and processes.
• Review and edit training materials to ensure consistency, readability, and adherence to quality standards.
• Collaborate with Scrum Masters and SMEs to transform expert knowledge into structured learning materials.
• Design and develop digital training materials and e-learning modules for technical target groups.
• Manage knowledge content across collaborative platforms and learning systems to ensure accessibility.

Requirements

• University degree in technical communication, computer science, engineering, or a comparable field.
• At least three years of professional experience in technical writing or training content creation within IT.
• Proficiency with documentation and e-learning tools like Confluence and Articulate 360.
• Experience with structured content and markup languages (DITA, XML, or basic HTML).
• Strong ability to translate complex technical systems into clear, user-centric documentation.
