What you will do

• Lead onboarding and cross-training efforts by coordinating and facilitating orientation schedules.
• Deliver CI-focused technical training and collaborate with Operations to align with active initiatives.
• Identify and execute opportunities to eliminate waste and improve efficiency in training systems and business workflows.
• Oversee training program administration, including managing records, curricula, and standardized documentation.
• Conduct technical assessments of trainers and trainees to ensure alignment with program requirements.
• Promote employee engagement and strengthen trainer competence through coaching and feedback systems.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a team lead or trainer required.
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other CI Methodologies.
• Experience with medical device manufacturing or FDA-regulated environments is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and digital project management tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adapt to diverse learning styles.
