What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex engagements, ensuring alignment across scope, budget, and quality.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning and backlog refinement for cross-functional teams.
• Manage production readiness, phased releases, and transitions into operations.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and scope changes before they impact delivery.
• Serve as the primary delivery contact for clients, fostering trusted relationships and identifying expansion opportunities.
• Use AI tools to enhance delivery planning, reporting, and stakeholder communications.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software delivery, technical project management, or engineering leadership.
• Strong understanding of agile practices (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) in complex, multi-team environments.
• Proven experience managing distributed teams across onshore and offshore locations.
• Demonstrable experience delivering complex, multi-platform digital systems.
• Strong client-facing communication and relationship management skills.
• Familiarity with cloud-native architectures and AI-enabled platforms.

Nice to have

• Vertical depth in retail, education, energy, finance, healthcare, or manufacturing.
• Experience delivering agentic or applied-AI initiatives in enterprise settings.
• PMP, Scrum Master, or SAFe certification.
