Feedback Loop Lead

What you will do

• Own and maintain the end-to-end process for collecting, classifying, and tracking user feedback.
• Triage, structure, and group feedback to support prioritization with product and engineering stakeholders.
• Consolidate recurring themes, pain points, and opportunities into actionable feature inputs.
• Coordinate with stream leads to investigate feedback and integrate findings into delivery plans.
• Monitor feedback trends and usage patterns to identify systemic issues and improvement opportunities.
• Improve feedback processes, tooling, governance, reporting, and stakeholder communication.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, UX, Data, or a related field.
• Experience in feedback management, product operations, or user insight processes within digital or platform environments.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn qualitative input into clear, actionable insights.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with product, engineering, UX, and support teams.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with strong attention to detail and process discipline.
